Shipping Protection Pricing

This page allows you to configure pricing tiers for your shipping protection program based on the cart price range.

How it works?

  • Define a price range (e.g., ₹0 - ₹200) and assign a shipping protection price (e.g., ₹10).
  • Customers will be charged the specified price based on their cart total when they opt for shipping protection.

If you configure only one pricing tier, the same fixed shipping protection cost will apply to all carts, regardless of the cart total.

1 - Existing pricing tiers

  • The table displays the currently defined Cart Price Range and their corresponding Shipping Protection Prices.
  • Each row represents a specific tier.

2 - Add a new tier

  1. Click the "+ Add new tier" button at the bottom of the table.
  2. Enter the Cart Price Range (e.g., ₹500 - ₹1000 ). Please note that maximum cart price from previous tier will be used as minimum cart price for current tier automatically
  3. Enter the Shipping Protection Price (e.g., ₹50).
  4. Click on Save to save changes

3 - Edit an existing tier

  1. Locate the tier you want to modify in the table.
  2. Update the Cart Price Range or Shipping Protection Price fields directly.
  3. Click on Save to save changes

4 - Delete a tier

  1. Click the red Trash Bin icon on the right side of the tier row.
  2. Click on Save to save changes

Tips for setting up tiers

  • Ensure price ranges don't overlap to avoid confusion for customers.
  • Use small increments for lower cart values and larger increments for higher cart values to maintain fairness.
  • Clearly communicate the shipping protection costs to your customers.
