Resolve no delivery available error

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to configure the Shipping Protection product as a digital product. This ensures that customers won't encounter a 'No Delivery Available' error when purchasing with Shipping Protection product included.

Follow steps to resolve

  1. Go to your Shopify admin panel and log in.
  2. In the left-hand sidebar, click on Products.
  3. From the list of products, click the name of the product you want to modify (For e.g. Shipping Protection in our case).
  4. On the product details page, scroll down to the Varinats section.
  5. Click on any variant (For e.g. Click on 0T1000)
  6. In the Shipping section, you'll see a checkbox labeled This is a physical product. Uncheck this box to mark the product as non-physical (e.g., digital product or service).
  7. Click the Save button at the top or bottom of the page to confirm the changes.

Why Uncheck?

Unchecking this option removes shipping requirements for the product, making it ideal for digital products or services.

You're all set! Once saved, the product will no longer require shipping during checkout.
