Shipcheck is billed monthly through Shopify (USD). Open Pricing or Settings → Account and billing in the app to subscribe or change plans. For trial, cancel, and reinstall details, see Managing subscription.
Plans
- Free forever — 25 protected orders per month. No subscription charge. Some features (such as multi-tier protection pricing) need a paid plan.
- Standard — $9.95 / month — unlimited protected orders and core features (cart widget). Best for most stores.
- Plus — $39.95 / month — everything in Standard, plus the checkout widget (Shopify Plus) and thank-you page widget.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial the first time you subscribe.

In-app settings cover the usual branding and copy changes. If you need work beyond that (for example custom layout or behavior), cost depends on the type of customization — contact support for a quote.
