Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Manage plans in Pricing or Settings → Account and billing. Plan prices and features are on Pricing.
Trial and billing
- Open Pricing, choose Standard or Plus, and approve the charge in Shopify Admin.
- The first paid activation includes up to 14 trial days. Billing starts after the trial ends.
- Shopify bills about every 30 days. You can have only one active Shipcheck subscription at a time.
- Upgrades usually apply right away; downgrades may wait until the next billing cycle. Shopify may prorate the difference.
If you subscribe again later, you only get remaining trial days from that first trial window — not a new full 14 days. If the trial already ended, there is no trial on re-subscribe.
Cancel
Uninstall Shipcheck from your Shopify store. That cancels the subscription automatically and returns you to the free forever plan.
Shopify does not credit the unused rest of the current billing period (Shopify billing rules). You may still see that period’s charge on your invoice. Check Settings → Billing in Shopify Admin.
Reinstall and re-subscribe
After a reinstall you start on the free forever plan again. Paid access is not restored automatically — subscribe again from Pricing and approve a new charge.
Shipcheck keeps your protected-order usage and trial end date. Usage still counts toward the free plan’s 25-order quota. Widget settings are usually preserved, but you may need to re-enable extensions and confirm protection prices.
