Without a paid subscription, Shipcheck allows 25 protected orders per month. The home page Subscription card shows how many you have used. It resets on the 1st of the next month (the card shows that month).
When usage reaches 25:
- Cart, checkout, and thank-you widgets stop offering protection.
- The home page asks you to upgrade.
A paid Standard or Plus plan sets the quota to unlimited, so this limit does not turn the widgets off. If you cancel and return to the free plan, the count you already have still applies toward 25.
After the monthly reset, usage goes back to 0 and widgets can offer protection again (until you hit 25).
